3. Client Responsibilities

- The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permissions for third-party content used in the project.
4. Revisions and Approval
- Clients are entitled to a set number of revisions as specified in the proposal. Major design changes may incur additional charges.
- Final approval must be provided before project launch; additional requests made after approval may also incur charges.
5. Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required before project commencement, with the balance due upon project completion.
- Any change requests after project approval will require full payment before work resumes.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the Client will own the final deliverables. DigitalMindLabs retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and marketing materials.

- DigitalMindLabs is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including website downtime or loss of data.
- We are not responsible for any penalties from search engines related to SEO practices.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel a project if work has not commenced. Once work begins, cancellation is subject to a fee covering any work completed.
9. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
10. Changes to Terms
